This is one of the hardest prompts (outside of school, of course) that I’ve seen. So even though I did not respond the day the prompt was published, I could not help but to give it a try.
Like a waterfall, a punch, a silent explosion. A hurricane confined to you. It rains on the inside, and clouds form around you. Nothing is the same as it was, and everything is.
Exhale, deeply. Deeper. Breathe yourself inside-out, maybe you’ll feel better. You don’t. Small within yourself, a knotted, angry muscle in a shell it can’t get out of.

Better late than ever!
